General consideration I
- Symptom
- Lower back pains of baseball players and boat racers are typical moment-arm pains. However, moment-arm lower back pains of these two groups of athletes are completely different. A moment-arm lower back pain is a problem caused by heavy loads on the arms, which in turn sheds heavy loads on the lower back.
- Tamatare Remedy
- Tamatare Remedy cures both types of lower back pain by restoring the metabolism of the problematic muscle group while primarily considering the characteristics of the load on these muscles, and by effective using the "coordination of muscle and born forces" technique, which aligns the interrelation of muscles and bones.
- Details
- A moment-arm lower back pain is a problem caused by heavy loads on the arm, which in turn sheds heavy loads on the lower back. Boat racers and baseball players are same in this respect, but there is a fundamental difference between them. A boat racer at a race bends and stretches the knees vigorously to move the body back and forth, while a baseball player makes rotating movements by twisting the body in one direction. The nature of the load on the lower back when using the arms and the upper body and the muscles to support the load are completely different between these two groups of athletes. A boat racer sustains the load by the muscle groups of the thighs and the straight muscles among the erector muscles of spine, which support the body; while a baseball player receives the load by the side-bending muscle group and the obliquus muscles among the erector muscles of spine, which support the body.
